Married to Anita Kay Hunt O'Neal, Joe has three sons, Robbie O'Neal, the late Trevor O'Neal, and Chris O'Neal. He also has three grandchildren, Justin O'Neal, the late Heather O'Neal, and the late Trevon O'Neal. Joe is a Lewisburg native, a graduate of Lewisburg High School, and is a retired truck driver, having driven over 2.5 million miles accident-free. Joe also serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and as an elder in the Lewisburg Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Terry has been married to his wife, Linda, since March 5, 1982. Since then, they have been blessed with two children, Mark Cole and Jessie Morgan, and four grandchildren, Karson Morgan, Cole Morgan, Easton Cole and Kiptyn Cole. Terry is a Logan County native, having graduated from Chandler's High School and is retired from Logan Aluminum. He serves his community as a volunteer firefighter, Logan County Search and Rescue Chief, Logan County Emergency Management Deputy Chief, and as a member of Stuart Chapel Church.
