Willard Dallas Forsythe

Willard Dallas Forsythe, 87 of Quality, Kentucky died on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born on Saturday, May 2, 1923 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Raymond Forsythe and the late Altha Perry Forsythe. He was the husband of Barbara Swallows Forsythe who survives. He was retired from Inland Steel and worked in the Maintenance area. He served in the Army. He was a Veteran of World War II. He attended Center Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Steven Forsythe - (Fay) of Portage, IN and Michael Forsythe - (Mellody) of Lake Station, IN, brothers, Hayes Forsythe, CA, Earl Forsythe, GA, Edward Forsythe, IL and Perry Forsythe of Penrod, KY, sisters, Christine Hood, TX, Olene Forsythe of Penrod, KY, Odene Forsythe of Penrod, KY and Dora Hoffman of Bowling Green, KY, step sons, Curtis Bourne of Raleigh, NC and Frank Bourine of Goodwell, OK, step daughters, Brenda Rose of Elizabethtown, KY and Debra Harper of Lewisburg, KY, special neighbors, Debbie, Mike, Steve and Terry Grubb all of Quality, KY. 17 grand children; 11 great grand children. He was predeceased by first wife, Anna Jeanette Forsythe, brothers, J. T. Forsythe and Walter Forsythe, step sons, Dennis and Randall Bourne, daughter-in-law, Georgiana Forsythe. A Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Bro. Don White and Bro. Randy Forsythe officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Quality, KY. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, November 19, 2010, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
