Virginia McPherson Edwards, age 87, of Hopkinsville, KY, formerly of Greenville, Ky. died Thursday, June 19, 2008, at her home in Hopkinsville, KY. She was a homemaker and was a member of Mt Vernon Church Of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Alfred McPherson and the late Effie Mae Cisney McPherson. She is survived by her husband, Jewell Edwards. Two Daughters: Norma Jean Cheatham, Hopkinsville, KY Jewell Diann Winters Haile, Princeton, KY Two Sisters: Sue Nell Jones, Greenville, KY Nadine Wiles, Madisonville, KY Two Brothers: Alfred Douglas McPherson, Jeffersonville, IN William Narvel McPherson, Lewisburg, KY Three Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, KY where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, June 20, 2008.
