Vernon Earl Brooks

Mr. Vernon Earl Brooks, age 96, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Saturday, November 20, 2004, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Ky. Mr. Brooks was a retired farmer and was a member for 82 years at Center Baptist Church . He was the son of the late Charlie Brooks and the late Euva (Whitescarver) Brooks. He was the husband of the late Grace (Williams) Brooks. He is survived by his One Brother, Mr. Warren Brooks of Mesa, Ariz. and several nieces and nephews Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Monday, November 22, 2004. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 23, 2004 , Rev. Ray Gilliland and Rev. Bob Barnes officiating.
