Shelby Ewing Delk, Jr.

Mr. Shelby Ewing Delk, Jr., age 73, of Owensboro, Ky., died Thursday, January 8, 2004, at Bon Harbor in Owensboro, Ky. Mr. Delk, Jr. was a farmer and was a member of Walnut Grove Baptist Church. He Served in the Army during Korean War. He was the son of the late Shelby Delk, Sr. and the late Onie (Shoemaker) Delk. He is also survived by his One Sister, Sister-Mrs. Flora Lee Hutchinson of Owensboro, Ky. Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friendsafter 3:00 PM to Friday, January 9, 2004. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 10, 2004 , Rev. Calvin Naylor officiating. Interment will be at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Russellville, Ky.
