Scottie Lamar White, 77 of Russellville, Kentucky died on Saturday, February 6, 2016, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was born Thursday, August 11, 1938 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Fred VanFleet and the late Ruth Sumner VanFleet. She was the wife of the late Kenneth "Pete" White. She was a homemaker and a member of Second Baptist Church. Surviving are sons, Johnny White -(Dorinda) of Russellville, KY and Kelly White - (Joni) of Ft. Wright, KY, brothers, Max VanFleet - (Helen) of Vidor, TX, J VanFleet - (Nyla) of Huntsville, KY and Doug VanFleet - (Mary Jane) of Paducah, KY; 4 grand children. A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Second Baptist Church located at 401 E. 2nd St. Russellville, Kentucky 42276 with Dr. Ron Wells, Pastor Michael Duff, and Bro. Jonathan White officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
