Rachel Irene Scarbrough

Mrs. Rachel Irene (Harper) Scarbrough, age 97, of Lewisburg, Ky., died Sunday, July 11, 2004, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Ky. Mrs. Scarbrough was a homemaker and was a member of Beechland Baptist Church. . She was the daughter of the late Frank Harper and the late Ollie (Stearsman) Harper. She is also survived by her One Daughter, Daughter-Mrs. Helen (Scarbrough) Porter of Lewisburg, Ky. Two Sons, Son-Mr. Wilford Scarbrough of Auburn, Ky. Son-Mr. Edwin Scarbrough of Dickson, Tenn. One Brother, Brother-Mr. Alvie Harper of Lewisburg, Ky. Six grandchildren Thirteen great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 6:00 PM Monday, July 12, 2004. Funeral service will be at Beechland Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 13, 2004 , Dr. Lloyd Johnson, Rev. Richard Allen and Rev. Jim Watt officiating.
