Lexi Jewel Forgy, 10 months, 20 days old of Quality, Kentucky died on Friday, May 15, 2015, at her residence. She was born Wednesday, June 25, 2014 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, the daughter of Jeffery Forgy and Shayla Forgy of Quality, KY. She attended Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Other survivors include, her Maternal Grandparents, Sherwin and Lisa Hunt of Quality, KY; Paternal Grandparents, Reed and Pat Forgy of Quality, KY and Maternal Great Grandmother, Arlene Johnson of Lewisburg, KY. A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Rev. Raleigh Blancett and Rev. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Quality, KY. The family will receive friends after 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 17, 2015, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
