Johnny Willhite

Johnny Willhite, 85 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Med Center Health- Bowling Green in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

He was born Wednesday, December 13, 1939, the son of the late Leonard Willhite and the late Gracie Sears Willhite. He was the husband of the late Ellen Willhite.

He owned a salvage yard and was a mechanic. Johnny also had a love for racing.

Surviving are two sons, Vance (Wilda) Willhite of Russellville and Ronnie (Lisa) Willhite of Russellville; two stepdaughters, Daphne Bilyeu of Russellville, Melinda (Marty) Wilkins of Russellville; stepson, Jeff Holt of TN; three sisters, Carolyn (Pat) Richie of Elizabethtown, KY, Elwanda Mantlo of Lewisburg, Martha (Terris) Wells of FL; brother, A.B. (Phyllis) Willhite of Lewisburg, KY; nine grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Dave Willhite; grandsons, Coyle Willhite, Lance Willhite, and David Willhite; and sisters, Peggy Moore and Mary Farmer.

A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg; with Bro. Richard Allen and Bro. Gary Chapman officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.

The family will receive friends after 5:00 pm on Monday and from 9:00 am until the time of the service on Tuesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc.
