Jewell Cleon Mcpherson

Mr. Jewell Cleon McPherson, age 69, of Dunmor, Ky., died Wednesday, January 5, 2005, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.. Mr. McPherson was a farmer, master conservationalist, active community leader and was a member of Myers Chapel United Methodist Church. He was the son of the late Elmo McPherson and the late Chassie (Driskill) McPherson. He is survived by his wife of 44 years Mrs. Beverly (Arington) McPherson; One Daughter, Mrs. Robin (McPherson) Young of Dunmor, Ky. One Son-In-Law, Mr. Kerry Young of Dunmor, Ky. Three Sisters, Ms. Vondell McPherson of Dunmor, Ky. Mrs. Ima Gossett of Greenville, Ky. Mrs. Ludie Bowers of Greenville, Ky. Two grandsons, Mr. Joshua Glenn Young of Dunmor, Ky. Mr. Jerad Ross Young of Dunmor, Ky. He was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Arthur Lewis McPherson and Wendell Hoyt McPherson. Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends after 5:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2005. Funeral service will be at Myers Chapel United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 8, 2005 , Bro. Doug Phillips, Bro. Brent Waltrip and Bro. Jerry Winters officiating.
