James Edwin Joines

James Edwin Joines, 72 of Clara Drive, Russellville, Kentucky died on Friday, May 21, 2010, at the Auburn Health Care in Auburn, Kentucky. He was born Sunday, February 20, 1938 in Muhlenberg Co,, Kentucky, the son of the late Charlie Joines and the late Ida Mayes Joines. He was the husband of Betty Sue Joines, who survives. He was a retired groundskeeper with Golf Courses in Indiana. He served in the Army. He was a member of Pleasant Union General Baptist Church. Surviving are daughter, Betty Christine Bunn of Russellville, KY, brothers, Curtis Joines of Henderson, KY, Hazel "Junior" Joines of Gas City, IN and Nova Joines of Evansville, IN; 3 grand children; 1 great grand child. He was predeceased by brother, Helbert Joines, sister, Ola Miller. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Kris Freeman and Rev. Floyd Tyree officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY.
