James E. Gregory

James E. Gregory, 92 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Saturday, April 20, 2019, at Hospice of Southern KY in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He was born Friday, December 3, 1926 in , Kentucky, the son of the late Will Eldridge and the late Bell Atkins Eldridge. He was raised by his adopted parents, the late Joe Gunn and Lucy Gregory. He was the husband of the late Esther Johnson Gregory and the late Velma Gibson Gregory. He was a farmer and a member of Elk Lick Baptist Church. Surviving are son, Alan Gregory of Lewisburg, KY, daughters, Jackie Gregory of Franklin, TN and Carole Payne of Camarillo, CA; 4 grand children; 5 great grand children. A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with Bro. Ronnie Forrest officiating. Interment will be in Elk Lick Baptist Church Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, Kentucky.
