Howard Bernie Neil, Jr., 87 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at his home in Lewisburg, Kentucky. He was born Sunday, May 10, 1931 in Cooter, Missouri, the son of the late Howard Bernie Neil, Sr. and the late Irene Davis. He was the companion of Barbara Bracy, who survives. He was an Army Veteran. Also surviving are son, Mark Neil of Chesterfield, MO, daughters, Tammy Steele of Greensboro, NC and Tracy Alderman of Morrison, CO, brother, Gene Raymond Neil of Festus, MO; 4 grand children. Cremation was chosen with no services.
