Heather Kay O'Neal, 23 of Lewisburg, Kentucky died on Friday, April 16, 2010, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky. She was born Monday, April 6, 1987 in Greenville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Trevor O'Neal and Rhonda Jones Waid who survives. Surviving are Step Father, Jason Waid, Maternal Grandparents Charles and Della Jones, Paternal Grandparents Joe and Anita O'Neal, Maternal Great Grandmother Maltie Wells all of Lewisburg; Fiance' Terry Adamson of Rockfield, KY. She worked as a care provider at a Day Care. She was predeceased by brother, Trevon O'Neal. A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 19, 2010 at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky 42256 with the Rev. Charles Harrison and Rev. Sam Romines officiating. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, KY. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E.
