He was born Thursday, September 13, 1956 in Countonia, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Bliss. He was the husband of Penny Bliss who survives. He was a self employed truck driver. He served in the Army. Surviving are sister, Sunny Glabas of Lewisburg, KY.; Brother-in-law, Shannon Phillips of Lewisburg, KY; Nephew, Matthew Galasso of Lewisburg, KY; Step Daughter, Christina O'Neal of Russellville, KY; Step Son, Jacob O'Neal of Russellville, KY.
