Mrs. Cordie (Walters) Oatsvall, age 101, of Lewisburg, Ky., formerly of Paducah, Ky., died Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at Russellville Health Care Manor in Russellville, Ky. Mrs. Oatsvall was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Will Walters and the late Letha (Roach) Walters. She is survived by her husband Mr. Chester Oatsvall of Lewisburg, Ky.; Step daughter-Mrs. Shirley Millay of Lewisburg, Ky.
