Cersia Dessie Mae Penrod, 90 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
She was born Sunday, April 30, 1933, the daughter of the late Leslie Watkins and the late Ella Hudnall. She was the wife of the late T.L. Penrod.
She was a lunch lady for Lewisburg School for many years. Also she was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.
Surviving is Daughter, Patricia Penrod of Lewisburg, KY.
There will be a visitation on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Price Funeral Home Inc. located at 252 E Green St. Lewisburg, Kentucky at 5:00 pm.
A funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Rock Springs Baptist Church located at 4143 Graveltown Rd, Lewisburg, KY with Bro. Colton Cardwell, Bro. Raleigh Blancett and Bro. Mike Allen officiating. Interment will be at Rock Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until the time of the service on Sunday at Rock Springs Baptist Church.
