Mrs. Adelia Rhea (Harrell) Summerville, age 81, of Bowling Green, Ky., died Sunday, May 30, 2004, at Medical Center in Bowling Green, Ky. Mrs. Summerville was employed by Baptist Hospital- Louisville, Ky. and was a member of First Baptist Ch. - Mission Tx. . She was the daughter of the late William Harrell and the late Cora (Brown) Harrell. She is also survived by her One Daughter, Step daughter-Mrs. Sue Dotson of Louisville, Ky. One Son, Step son-Mr. Neal Summerville of Louisville, Ky. Arrangements are being handled by Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St. - P.O. Box 299, Lewisburg, Ky., where the family will receive friends from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Wednesday, June 2, 2004. Funeral service will be at Price Funeral Home, Inc. at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 3, 2004 , Rev. Gary Parsons officiating. Interment will be at Beechland Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ky.
