Wanda Lou Proctor Carnall, 84 of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away on Monday, August 14, 2023, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville, Kentucky.
She was born Monday, August 15, 1938, the daughter of the late Bill Proctor and the late Nora Dellie Carnall. She was the wife of Melvin Hunter "Buster" Carnall who survives.
She was a Floral Designer and was a member of the Northside Church of Christ.
Surviving are Two Daughters, Elaine Cox of Russellville, KY, Carol Shaw of Hopkinsville, KY; Son, Pete Carnall of Russellville, KY; Two Brothers, Charlie Proctor, Russell Proctor; Grandson, Kelly Hart; Three Granddaughters, Stephanie Bravenec, Angela Stokes, Tori Keepers; Two Great-grandsons, Hunter Hart, Blaez Cripps; Two Great-granddaughters, Phoenix Keepers, Peyton Bravenec.
She was predeceased by Son, Robert "Robbie" Carnall and Half-Sister, Linda Proctor.
A Graveside service will be at Lewisburg Cemetery on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Chris Kramer officiating.
