History
In July 1948, Wallace Ryan Price and his wife, Dorothy started construction on a two story building on Green Street in Lewisburg, Ky. that would become Price Funeral Home. In January 1949 Price Funeral Home opened.
On January 1, 1961 Wallace Ryan Price and his son Wallace Bryson (Buddy) Price formed a partnership. This partnership stayed in existence until Wallace Ryan Price's death on November 2, 1981.
On January 1, 1985, Wallace Bryson (Buddy) Price and his son, Michael Bryson Price formed a partnership. This partnership remained until January 1, 1993, at which time they incorporated Price Funeral Home. The stockholders are Wallace Bryson (Buddy) Price, his wife Wanda Faye Sparks Price, Michael Bryson Price and his wife Susan Marie Holloway Price.
